We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Order arrives damaged or broken
• Order is lost during shipping
• Wrong item received

We do not accept returns if:

• The product seal has been opened or removed
• The product has been used

Refunds: Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
